We wanted to attack the basics, first. Brakes, suspension, exhaust and then tuning. We knew that we wanted to upgrade the parts that would most benefit her during her time on the track. We found some great parts from some of the top manufacturers in the business and got started.
Here is a quick mod list:
- PFADT Racing Heavy Rate Sway Bars
- PFADT Racing Sway Bar Pillow Blocks
- PFADT Racing GMPP FeatherLight Generation Coilovers- Double Adjustable
- Kooks Race Headers
- HallTech Super Bee MF103 Ram Air Intake System
- DBA 4000 Rotors
- Carbotech PAds
- SS Brake Lines
- Ported Intake Manifold
- Ported Throttle Body
- Custom Tuned
Obviously, suspension was a focal point. The coilovers and sway bar assembly offer superior performance, adjustment that we'll need to make the car a descent drive on the road and a competitor on the track and provide the stance we were looking for.
Now that all of the suspension components were dialed in, it's time to hit the rack and fine tune it. Amar and Chris spent a good amount of time really going through all of the adjustment points to make sure that she turned out, PERFECT.
Once the suspension was all done and dialed in, the hunt for more power was on! We went with a ported intake manifold and throttle body to really open it up.
With this beauty back together, it was time to hit the dyno for some custom tuning.
