Our (RW950) EJ25 Short Block put us on the National map with our first video from Boostaholics and the "Game Over STi"!  This popular Short Block for the daily driver who wants to push the limits of boost and HP with a safe range of 600-750awhp. The Stage 4 Short Block gives you solid performance and reliability in a High HP Application! 

We start with brand new OEM STi Block Halves and Crankshaft so our blocks are sold NO CORE DUE. We take the new halves and run them through a hone to make sure that the walls are sized perfectly for the new forged pistons. We then assemble the short block in our Engine Clean Room and built to meet your specific need. There is no "one size fits all" configuration. Our performance rep will work with you to get details as to your performance demands, driving style and boost level. 

Once you receive your block, it will be assembled and ready for the long block assembly. We offer several add-on options to simplify the build process so please be sure to check out the options listed below. We know that selecting the right short block to meet your needs is key to your build so we insist that you contact us with any questions so that we can be sure to provide you with the very best block configuration. 

Rev Works has now included our Closed Deck Process on the RW950 along with the option of pinning the mains to help eliminate the flex and/or distortion of the main saddle under severe loads applied during High Boost applications. These processes start with our In-house partnership acquiring a Haas VF3SS CNC- machining the block for our unique billet inserts to form a true "Closed Deck". We even strive for perfection in closing the complete deck by creating a case bolt plug to be inserted after Block Halves have been torqued properly. Along with the RW_CD we also decided to take things one step further by pinning the main saddles.  Using a 6mm dowel in 6 locations for correct line bore placement. Then we Line Hone the Main Bore to OEM Standard to use the High Quality ACL or King Race Bearings.
